Frequently Asked Questions about our Driving Simulator Course
- What do I get for my fee? You get access to the full 16 interactive lessons available in the course. You can book one-hour appointments during our office hours to complete the course at your pace and you can schedule one-hour sessions at your convenience.
- How long is each lesson? There are 16 lessons and each lesson varies in length. During your one hour appointment, multiple lessons can be completed.
- How many one-hour sessions should I expect to need? We find that most students can complete the course within 4 one-hour sessions. However, to ensure our students safety, we allow each student to book as many sessions as the student requires, with a maximum of 7 one-hour sessions.
- How much time should I plan to spend completing the course? The amount of time you’ll spend completing the course will depending on your personal progress. We find may students complete the course within 4 one-hour sessions. But if you need more sessions, no problem! You can book as many one-hour sessions as needed at no extra cost — a maximum number of 7 total one-hour sessions are available.
- When is the driving simulator available? During our regular office hours. All driving simulator sessions must be scheduled in advance. Call our offices to book your sessions at (248) 780-3390.
- Where is your driving simulator located? In our Novi location. Our driving simulator welcomes you as you enter our offices and classroom!
- If I schedule the simulator for an hour, will I be using the driving simulator for exactly one hour? Your appointment time dedicates the driving simulator for your use for the duration of your scheduled appointment. So, if you book a one-hour appointment, you have exclusive access to the driving simulator for that hour. All instruction, including preparation and summarization of the drive will be completed within that appointment time slot.
- Will I have an instructor during my driving simulator? Your simulator experience will be at a self-pace within our driving simulator. Our office staff and certified instructors are on site for supervision and support.
- How do I book my lessons? Please contact our office to schedule your first 4 one-hour appointments during business hours. If needed, additional appointments can be made after your 4th session. Our offices can be reached by phone at 248-780-3390.
